Availability

Currently, our on-line store is open to Canadian addressed orders only. For US and European residents, we are hoping to purchase options to be available soon.

Canadians may also purchase Eco-Max products from a variety of retailers across Canada, please visit our store locator to find a location nearest you.

Methods of Payment

Our card processing is provided by TD merchant services. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American credit cards on all purchases destined for delivery within Canada. Pricing

All prices quoted in our on-line store are in Canadian funds and do not include shipping charges and applicable taxes.

Shipping Information

We currently use Canada Post (unless specified) to ship our products to you. Your order will ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping

Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Refunds

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. As a result, our products are guaranteed for quality and performance. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the quality and performance of our product, please ship the product along with the purchase receipt back to us, at your cost, within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund of your cost of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Store Security

For increased on-line security and protection when entering personal and payment information, we use 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption to transmit your information via a secure server.

Policy Regarding Use of Logos and Product Images

All logos and product images provided by LFT Group Brands Ltd. in connection with its products are the sole and exclusive property of LFT Group Brands Ltd. Use of one or more of the logos and/or product images shall constitute consideration for, agreement to, and acceptance of the following terms and conditions by the user:

LFT Group Brands Ltd’s logos and product images are the sole and exclusive property of LFT Group Brands Ltd. These logos and product images may be used only by LFT Group Brands Ltd’s Distributors/ Product Resellers in good standing if and only if such use is made pursuant to the terms and conditions of this limited and revocable license. Any failure by the user to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein may result in legal action against the user. The interpretation and enforcement (or lack thereof) of these terms and conditions, and compliance therewith, shall be made by LFT Group Brands Ltd in its sole discretion.

LFT Group Brands Ltd’s logos and product images must be used as provided with no changes to the files. The logos and images may not be revised or altered in any way, except that they may be enlarged or reduced to meet the Distributor’s/ Product Reseller’s particular needs, and must be displayed in the same form and language as produced by LFT Group Brands Ltd. This would include maintaining the design, colours and proportions.

The logos and product images may be used in a professional manner on the Distributor’s / Product Reseller’s website, brochure, catalogue and presentations so long as the Distributor / Product Reseller is in good standing and is a current Distributor / Product Reseller of LFT Group Brands Ltd’s products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the logos and product images may not be used in any manner that, in the sole discretion of LFT Group Brands Ltd: discredits LFT Group Brands Ltd. or tarnishes its reputation and goodwill; is false or misleading; violates the rights of others; violates any law, regulation or other public policy; or mischaracterizes the relationship between LFT Group Brands Ltd. and the user, including but not limited to any use of the logos and product images that might be reasonably construed as an endorsement, approval or sponsorship by LFT Group Brands Ltd. of the user, the user’s business or organization, or the user’s products or services, or that might be reasonably construed as support or encouragement to purchase or utilize the user’s products or services.

Use of the logos shall create no rights for users in or to the logos or their use beyond the terms and conditions contained herein. The logos shall remain at all times the sole and exclusive intellectual property of LFT Group Brands Ltd. LFT Group Brands Ltd shall have the right, from time to time, to request samples of use of the logos and product images from which it may determine compliance with these terms and conditions. Without further notice, LFT Group Brands Ltd reserves the right to prohibit use of the logos and product images if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the usage, whether wilful or negligent, is not in strict accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein, otherwise could discredit LFT Group Brands Ltd or tarnish its reputation and goodwill, or the user is not a current Distributor / Product Reseller in good standing.

LFT Group Brands Ltd reserves the right to replace any logo and/or image file with an alternative logo and/or image file for any reason. The Distributor / Product Reseller further agrees to discontinue use of logos and/or product images that have been replaced.

LFT Group Brands Ltd may revise this Policy at any time and such revision shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Policy on LFT Group Brands Ltd’s website.
